Buyer: Federal Law requires all firearm sales, made through common carrier, be shipped "Dealer to Dealer." Therefore, we CANNOT ship your firearm purchase directly to you. Please, have your local FFL dealer mail, fax or attach and send via email a copy of his Federal Firearms License (FFL). Most dealers charge a transaction fee of between $20 - $30 to cover the cost of handling and paperwork. Note: There is no transaction fee for local residents if firearms are purchased from us. Make sure you can purchase a firearm, If you think there is something in your background that may prevent you from buying a firearm have a FFL Dealer run your background check before placing an order. If you a denied on your background check after receipt of the firearm to your FFL dealer, we will give a refund minus a 15% restocking. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Guarantee: New firearms are covered by the full manufacturers warranty, lifetime to the original owner, in many cases. We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. Returns of defective merchandise must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Terms: In order to best meet your needs, we offer a variety of easy payment options including certified check, money order, or credit cards (Visa and Master Card). Our prices reflect a 3.2% cash discount that cannot be earned on credit card orders.

New and Military Surplus firearms: All sales are final. You may return product within 3 days after a 2-day inspection, if product is defective only. If it was our error in ordering or sending the wrong model, we will exchange it at no expense. The same applies to items damaged in shipment or incomplete orders. NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in the Original Condition Sent, Unfired, Unmodified with Box, Packaging Material, and Complete with all Paperwork and Accessories.. Please, see Military Surplus Grades below. Returns for buyer’s remorse, or excuses like: "I thought it was something else", "I changed my mind after you shipped it", "I located a small pit under the wood line or some rust on my "$150 good grade rifle" may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns: After receiving your firearm at your FFL dealer please, inspect it. If, it is the wrong item contact us immediately to make arrangements to have have the dealer return it immediately. All sales are final on Sale and Special order items, unless it was our error in ordering or sending the wrong model. We have a 3 day inspection policy on new firearms that are in stock. NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in the Original Condition Sent, Unfired, Unmodified with Box, Packaging Material, and Complete with all Paperwork and Accessories.. Non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please phone or E-mail for a "Return Authorization Number" prior to returning merchandise. Please Note: We CANNOT accept C.O.D. shipments. Refunds... will be refund for purchase price of firearm or product, less shipping charges and a there will be a 15% restocking fee, will be processed within 7-14 business days. Returns for buyer’s remorse, or excuses like: "I thought it was something else", "I changed my mind after you shipped it", will be up to our discretion as whether will take it back in is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Local residents: A 6.5% sales tax will be added to the price of your purchase. All firearm sales are final. Firearms are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Special Order Items: Any item not in stock and has to be ordered from us for you is considered a Special order item. All Special order items, sales are final. After receiving your firearm at your FFL dealer please, inspect it. If, it is the wrong item contact us immediately to make arrangements to have your dealer return it to us immediately. If you ask us to order you a certain item (model) and it is not what you expected it is yours. If it was an error on our part in ordering or sending the wrong model we will give a refund and/or exchange. NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in the original condition sent, unfired, unmodified with box, packaging material, and complete with all paperwork and accessories. NOTE: If we ship a firearm to your local FFL dealer and after they perform a (NICS) background check in which you are denied, we will reimburse the purchase price of the firearm, minus shipping charges, and there will be a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for actual shipping charges to ship the firearm back to us from your local FFL dealer. If you have any inclination that you may be denied, please, do not purchase a firearm.
All returns are subject to restocking fees. If the merchandise is returned to us in “as advertised” condition, the customer may be charged a 15% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
